Random Static Boxes while surfing the desktop and browsers

Hello. I have a problem with my Graphics card I believe. I'm getting random pixelated like boxes while surfing the web and or, or just browsing programs on the desktop. Not all programs are affected like games. Games are clearly not affected but when browsing the web with Google Chrome, I get these boxes and for some reason when I screenshot it. It shows up in the screenshot. So right now I'm just clueless. I taught it was a driver problem so I downgraded from 340.52 to 337.88. (Nvidia) and the problem still persists. What would you guys recommend me doing? Thanks in advanced!
