Hi, my current pc is g3220 + r7 250. I am thinking of upgrade to i5 4460 + gtx 750 ti. But i am concern the needs to reactivate my window 8? Is it a complicated process if that really happened? Please advise. Thanks.

Activation is usually painless. Just try to activate online.
If that fails, it should give you a phone number to do it via the phone robot. 5-10 minutes, reading a long string of numbers in, and it reads a long string back.
If that fails, you'll probably have to talk to a human. Again, pretty painless.

You should usually change windows only with a motherboard change. Changing CPU does not affect anything. Just be sure to completely remove your AMD drivers and get the latest nVidia drivers when you plug in the 750ti.
