I am on a budget and need a laptop that I can use for video editing and graphic design??
Need help on which one would be ideal for my digital needs?? Can anyone help??

I would go with the Toshiba Satellite L50-B-1P1. The reasons why is because the Intel Processor out performs it in single core performance. With the GPU you do need that GPU power, as it needs a boost for video editing and graphic design.

Maybe you should think about something whit Nvidia GPU many graphics programs have CUDA support that would greatly speedup you work. I recently bought Lenovo Z50-70 on Amazon for 479 euro and I like what i get for the money:
i5-4210u
Geforce 840M
4 gigs of ram
500 gigs hybrid disk
fulhd 15.6 display
I added another 4 gigs of ram for 40 euro - laptop have normal back panel that can by remove giving easy access for parts upgrade, not like HP you write about. On most HP you have to unscrew half a laptop including keyboard etc to change any parts.
