How well would this work?

So, I'm building a new PC soon. I wanted to know if it'd be smart to buy a SSD and HDD. I was going to install things like games, my favorite browser (Chrome) and of course the OS on the SSD. And everything like documents, text files, programs, and downloads on the HDD. Would this be OK and would it work well. Thanks for the feedback!

yes, that's what most people put onto their ssd, like OS, games, Microsoft Office, Chrome etc.

It would work just fine, there shouldn't be any problem whatsoever.

That's what I do with my PNY XLR8 SSD and 2TB HDD

The SSD is 120GB

Well... Depending on the size of your SSD it might be better to just install 1 or maybe 2 games on the SSD and install the rest on a hard drive. Games are getting pretty big these days.
