hi guys,
im using a Samsung 840evo 120gb now but it running a bit tight so i want to upgrade it.
im not sure should i buy another 840evo to run in raid 0 or should i buy a m.2 ssd since my motherboard supports it thus they cost about the same.

It's basically a personal preference choice - a RAID 0 will be infitismally faster, but whether that's useful or not depends on your usage requirements. An M.2 would keep one drive bay available for a third drive. You can always RAID 0 with the M.2 and 2.5" AND leave a drive bay open for a third drive, but I don't really see any benefits that make it worth the trouble.
