You'll need at least a 450w PSU according to GeForce, though that is probably more than you'll need in practice as the manufacturers typically go for overkill recommendations just to cover themselves. Seasonic, Corsair or Antec are the most reliable, quality brands.

750w as advised by Gbz Goldenboyz is way over what you need unless you intend to overclock the GPU or SLI a pair of them.
