Last night a updated my windows 7 ultimate 64-bit (16 Aug, south Africa). This morning when I turned on my PC it booted up till after the windows logo and it BSOD. I tried again and again. Same error, same place. It's a win32k.sys, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. crash. I even can't get into Save mode. Nothing.. I tried restore, there is no restore point!! Run the memory test.,OK. Last Known Good Configuration. Didn't worked. Tried removing RAM and almost everything. Didn't work.. Changed GPU's didn't work I am desperate to get a fix on it. I have to study for IT (Information Technology) practical test..
My system
8GB RAM 1600Mgz.
Fx 8350 -non overclocked
Gtx 760 -non overclocked
Asus motherboard

Some malware will modify win32k.sys and delete the restore points to prevent the infection from being removed.
There are other causes but that one is pretty common.

You will need to do a repair using a clean image of windows.

you can also put the memory .dmp file on a cloud server and I can verify if the file is corrupted in memory using the windows debugger. the command in the debugger is
!chkimg -lo 50 -db !win32k
(this assumes the debugger symbols are correct)
