Yes, it will run windows fine. If you are trying to run any intensive software on it though it will struggle.

yes no problem in running win 7 32 or 64 bit with your processor ........i used to have core 2 due 2.8 and 2 gb ram in my previous pc and i run win 7 64 bit smoothly ....
