After some problems with my laptop I sent it into service and they formatted the HDD. I got the Insert Boot Media message, set the priorities right in the BIOS menu to DVD first, then restarted and inserted the Windows 7 CD.nothing happened besides getting the Insert Boot media message again. someone please help I'm very frustrated
