Not getting an SSD. It should be able to play 3D Videos (downloaded) in 1080p. would a gt 610 + i3 4130 be enough?

I just got another request from my father. 4K and 3D -_-. OS Don't need an os, got W7U
 

I really don't think 700$ will cut it for 3D and 4K, especially not both at the same time:(. You will want to spend at least 1000$.
