Forget APUs. Get a i3 and add a discrete GPU if you want to game. Otherwise a i3 is plenty. Also, a 300W PSU might be enough. And you could add a SSD with the savings.

Not getting an SSD. It should be able to play 3D Videos (downloaded) in 1080p. would a gt 610 + i3 4130 be enough?

I just got another request from my father. 4K and 3D -_-. OS Don't need an os, got W7U

I really don't think 700$ will cut it for 3D and 4K, especially not both at the same time:( . You will want to spend at least 1000$.

A really good GPU and a 4K AND 3D display/TV.

You need at least Nvidia GTX 780/ti or R9 290/290X and at least i5 4690k

Might aswell use my ps4 instead. 3D and 4K for 500. Thought it would be cheaper.
