Windows update fail then missing

so i have a problem with my LG L192WS monitor i cant fix 1400x900 resolution its not there tried to match my refresh rate on GPU and Monitor nothing heapend there is no 1400x900 resolution when i tried to update my monitor it failed now i cant find it its missing how can i fix this? i have only one VGA so that cant be a problem couse its a 8500GT and i had it running on this monitor before without any issue just now i have that driver fail and its gone missing instead of Monitor name which ussualy stands in device menager its named now like this: generic non-pnp monitor

no i didnt i did consider that for the option but i dont have the time i have to give this PC in 1hr and if i do that i will going to need to install all the updates funny thing is that 1600x900 works like 1400x900 but its more sharper image

yes but when i change resolution in game or something the 60Hz goes to 75Hz or from 75Hz to 90Hz my monitor dont support more then 75Hz i managed to optimise it for my monitor somehow
