he had mentioned that he is tight on budget and gtx 750 ti can easily run on a 400 watt psu so evga 500 watt psu is more than capable to handle the card along with the system including OC....

I'd go the EVGA here, and check the EGG, think they are offering a rebate card that brings it down to $28 or $30
