Phenom X4 965 BE underclock to 3.1ghz, Vcore voltage help

Hi I have just underclocked my phenom cpu to 3.1ghz and was wondering what the minimum voltage i can set my v core to reduce heat is. I currently have the cpu voltage set to 1.3v do you think i could go any lower?
