How will this run games like;
BF4, TitanFall, COD, Arma 3?

Also how long will this PC (as it is) last until it cant run the new games and It needs a upgrade?

In Intel's Platform i5 is recommended for gaming purpose. This build is enough for your gaming needs for next 2-3 years or more. It has 4 cores with one thread per core. They are plenty for current gen games and for future games that would be expected to use more cores.

i5 is more powerful performance wise than AMD though that particular CPU has 8 cores but Intel i5 cores are much stronger than those 8 cores. I just changed the CPU, mobo and PSU rest of the build is same

If the evga psu is good enough for you,would you be able to save some more.Changed most parts btw.

With a r9 280X and an i5 should (very) high/ultra be possible,but as said best look at some reviews.
