I have noctua nh-d14 and i5 3570k is reaching 50-64c while playing cs:go?

Solution

Spreading out the thermal paste yourself can cause air bubbles to get trapped underneath the heatsink and cause ineffective heat transferring. The pressure from the heatsink will spread it out so you don't have to.

Water freezes at 0C and boils at 100C. You'd be dead if you slept a single night in a room that hot. :)
Assuming you meant 69-74F or about 21-23C, I suggest replacing the thermal paste, but don't spread it out this time: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/333968-28-thermal-paste-removal-installation-guide

The highest it has gotten was 63c. Most of the time 60c. But thats play CS:GO and it uses like 60-90% sometimes even 100%
If its not at 100% its usually 53-58c. It worked good. Not using the spread technique ever again.
