Hi guys, I've recently installed my new evga supernova 850g2 and when I checked the voltages when playing lol and this came up:

Idk nothing about voltages but those are lower that they're supposed to be, is this ok? Or should i RMA the psu?

EDIT: When I turn off my pc but don't unplug it the psu makes a really hight pitch buzz coming from the back, should I worry about this too?

RMA it and it should be fine.

Ignore software voltage readings, they are garbage. HWMonitor reports horribly wrong on the vast majority of boards, your numbers are the closest to correct i have seen. Your voltages are also in spec, your 12V and 5V rails are at ~3% from nominal and the 3.3V is ~5% which is right at the edge but technically in.

Is your system running fine? Having any weird crashes? No? Stop looking for problem then. If you are really that concerned about your voltages get a multimeter and back probe your 24 pin ATX connector, thats the only way to get truely accurate readings.

In fact i am having perfomance issues, but I think my cpu is bottlenecking my GPU, I installed my gpu in a friend's rig (asus maximus IV extreme z68 - i7 2600k no oc - 2x4gb 1600 mhz mushkin ddr3 ram) and it ran cod2 with a minimum of 500 fps and a maximum of 1000 fps (game's max fps). In my rig it runs in a range of 90 fps to 450 when there's nothing on screen (looking at the sky f.e.)

EDIT: Just ran a fire strike test with 3dmark, this is my result: 1905 http://www.3dmark.com/fs/2610351
