I'll be buying the case on Amazon and the PSU and HDD I'll be buying from a local store. Are these parts compatible (I'm sure they are) and worth it? I would like to keep the build under 500$.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks, but are you sure there isn't a better GPU or something like that? I know i kinda sound like a noob, but...

Like you said to me,the 750 Ti is a great choice for a budget gamer. ;)

It is good, but he said he wants to keep it under $500. ;)

Won't the 270 make more noise and heat than the 750 ti?

I can go a bit over budget if the parts are OP:)

Don't get the 270 because you will get bottlenecking with your G3258. ;)

What wouldn't?

The GTX 750 Ti is actually ahead of the R9 270 in a couple games, but overall the R9 270 is faster. Having said that, the GTX 750 Ti has epic software support. People don't like to think about it, but AMD cards are simply unable to put certain games on ultra settings - doesn't matter if it's the R7 250 or the R9 290X, an AMD card can never enable full PhysX or Hairworks, essentially meaning that in the games that use those effects, AMD cards never push past 'high' settings. This also favors AMD cards unfairly in the benchmarks; in games that support PhysX (there are dozens including Batman Arkham series, Mafia 2, Metro Last Light, Borderlands 2, etc), AMD cards are benchmarked at "high" settings while Nvidia cards are benchmarked at "ultra" settings, and yet people act like it's a straight framerate comparison.

False. The Pentium G3258 is strong enough to roughly match R9 270 performance at stock clocks, or exceed it when overclocked.

so you are telling that if we use two machine and play same game at same settings at a time in 2 same monitor side by side then the monitor with the nvidia would look much more pleasing than the amd ?????

It depends on the game, but yes. Borderlands 2, Metro Last Light, Assassin's Creed Black Flag, Hawken, CoD Ghosts, Mirror's Edge, Warframe, etc, will all look better on an Nvidia card than an AMD card. AMD cards simply do not support the more advanced physics used in those titles.

For example...

wrong r9 270 is better than the gtx 750 ti its even better than the gtx 660 gtx 750 ti is compared with r7 265

my internet server is slow so i will watch the video later but i dont think if i take screen shots of both the game at different locations and mixed them together u can figure which one is from which card ....

It depends on what's happening in each scene.
