The Geforce 9200M is so weak/old by now, it doesn't support modern PhysX. Hardware accelerated PhysX in modern games requires at least 32 Cuda cores, and the 9200M has 8.

What PhysX games are you trying to play? Maybe you're not playing any GPU accelerated ones?

As I said, your GPU doesn't support it. It requires a minimum of 32 cuda cores or more. Modern mid-range Nvidia video cards have anywhere from 500-1000 cuda cores. The weakest modern video cards (like the GT 610) still have 48 cuda cores. You have 8. That's not enough. Simple math.
