You don't need to zero byte the drive to reinstall windows. Formatting it works just fine, to do this just pop in the windows dvd and follow the on screen prompts.
If you absolutely want to zero byte the drive then download hirens boot cd burn that then run boot and nuke. Just be warned this can take an amazingly long time and wears out the drive. (12 - 48 hours) Also if its an SSD, don't. (if you even have the option)
