Is my System Overkill?

I want to know if my current system is overkill for gaming on most Moba games while recording/livestreaming, however if it is underkill I do have a dedicated streaming pc for encoding the broadcast :). I am just wondering because I have seen many streamers (Like NightBlue3 on twitch) streaming games like LoL at 100+ fps with 8gb of ram and an intel i-5 2320k which I did not know was possible...

Current System:

Thermaltake Overseer RX-1,
AMD 8320 @ 4.3GHZ with a N520 cooler master,
Dual CrossfireX Sapphire Tri-X Oc Edition R9 290 4GB,
16gb Hyper X Ram,
Asus 5A99FX PRO R2.0,
PNY 250GB SSD,
Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD.
Some Corsair 900W gold certified thing.... (Sorry for my ignorance)

Yes, streamers, like siv hd, any pro lol player, they get sent rigs from hyper x and companies like that , they get like 780 ti's in them so sometimes I see like 180fps on games, on lcs you see 130 or more mostly but your build isn't overkill for games, might be for modas, but if you play bf4, or play at 1440p or use more than one monitor, it's not overkill, especially with the new lo patch coming out soon, it might get less overkill
