Hello everyone,

So my laptop came shipped with Windows 8.
And I didn't like W8 much so I decided to install Windows 7 from my USB.
Now the funny thing is I liked W8 actually more then W7 so I wanted to install W8 again.
Only now im trying to use the original disks that came with my laptop to install windows 8 on my laptop only it gives my this error of CyberLink PowerRecover:
'There is no factory image. Please contact customer service.'

I got 2 CD's of my laptop (its a Medion laptop by the way)
Application & Support disc
Recovery Disc

Sofar I only got the Recovery Disc to work but it brings up to a tab which requires me to fill in the serial key of Windows 8 which I didn't even got with my laptop as everyone was usually registered with the CD's...

Anyone suggestions what to do?

Thanks,
Sander

I don't have anything like that one the back of my laptop. Only thing I have on it is just a Windows 8 logo sticker and thats it. I've done Windows 7 to Windows 8 installing before using that Application & Support disc. It automaticly did the Serial code thing, never had to fill in any. I don't know why it does it like this now
