By adding another one, you should see a 40-50% increase in performance, you should be able to max out games anyway on 1080p, just make sure you have a good airflow in case and bear in mind that not all games support dual gpus, and you may need a larger psu

right i see so might be worth it legend001523 ent really played many games just war thunder and its getting between 27 and 69 on fps up and down but thats on max. going to try bf4 this week. o and im running my 40inch samsung tv if that makes any differents.

Screen size is irrelevant. 1080p @24" is same as 1080p @40".
I personally would not add a second gpu on that particular psu, even if the wattage is sufficient. The RM 750/850 are crappy designs, have really bad thermal properties, seriously bad secondary capacitors, and have a strong tendency to fail utterly when pushed close to max output, which is right where a second gpu would put it.

Your CPU isn't the best for high end card. Try to monitor your stats playing a game and see if your CPU is maxxing out or your GPU. Something will bottleneck you at some point.

That makes no difference :') But crossfiring it might help on war thunder and on bf4 as it supports crossfire quite well, you'd get over 100fps maybe

You already have the best 'cpu' you can get for that socket type motherboard, so changing that would mean changing motherboards. For better performance in games, you'd be best served by getting a quality psu, XFX, Seasonic, Antec HCG, Corsair HX, EVGA G2, and another Toxic card in crossfire. Even though you are running an APU, it is the single most powerul one possible, so 'bottle necking' shouldnt be an issue unless you get the really powerful cards like a 290 or gtx780, especially not on a single 1080p monitor.

An XFX or Seasonic power supply would definitely work. Another 280X would also run nice on your 40'' TV.
