What would be a good Motherboard?

What do you guys suggest for a good motherboard I am looking at AsRock most likely up to $150 or so. I plan on going for the Thermaltake Full tower http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133191&cm_re=thermaltake_chaser_mk-i_full_tower-_-11-133-191-_-Product .

Looking for LGA 1155 since I already have a CPU I5 2500k 1155 with a Asrock mobo but its just micro or would you just think I should just keep my micro and buy a new cpu and what kind or a new graphics card lol.

Hey Justin, what's the primary use of the rig? I have the 2500k and for gaming, light video work, it works splendidly for me.(it overclocks like a champ @ 4.4ghz)

primary use is gaming I am just looking to upgrade stuff so I just put on things I could upgrade. What would be a good graphics after 560 for gaming or that?

For these Memory Standards for the AsRock Z77 - DDR3 2800+(OC)/2400(OC)/2133(OC)/1866(OC)/1600/1333/1066. OC is overclocked and just wondering why would OC be next to the 1866 and so forth?

I use 1866mhz. with my rock , I just enabled it in the bios under XMP profile.

thank you for the help also. Just ordered my Thermal Case along with the motherboard Z77. Now later on I am gonna have to order a new graphics card to update the GTX 560 I already have along with my hard drives.
