So here is what she said, "So my laptop screen is messing up. It will turn on but fade to white. I have to tap the back of it to fix it. Anyone know what might be wrong?"
I told her it's probably either the gpu or the hardware behind the screen. If the screen is the problem she'd have to send it back to get it fixed.
Is that the solution? Or can something be done?
