Hey guys, my friend is looking to buy a PC and I'm currently trying to help him pick some parts out. These are the parts I've picked out so far, still haven't decided on the case.

Also, how is the 780 compared to other graphics cards, for instance AMD ones?

Solution
Looks good, of the two I'd go the 780, I've got both the Asus 780 and also their 290X Matrix (both are good cards but the 780 is stronger overall. The 780s generally OC better and much less heat, the 290X just by nature run hot even with good cooling like the Asus Matrix has
