Splendid
The requirements for GTA V for PC isn't even out yet. Also not sure if those canyourun analyzer site has improve or not. Before when they analyze your CPU, they look at the speed and not how many cores. So if you got a ancient Pentium 4 at 3GHz and the game need 2.4GHz, then it says your CPU can run the game even though the game needs at least a dual core to work.

I couldn't have put it better myself.

OP, obviously the system requirements for GTA V haven't been released yet, so we can't tell you if, or how well, you can run it. Don't listen to people or sites that tell you otherwise, because they don't know either.

Far Cry 3 can be fairly demanding on the GPU side. I can 'only' run it at high settings with AA disabled to average 60 fps, so I'd expect your APU to struggle unless you turn the resolution and advanced settings down.
