Hi recently i bought a nvidia geforce gt610, followed instalation instructions step by step but it wont work the screen stays black it doesnt display not a thing, so i made a research and found that maybe it is necesary to disable secure boot and UCIE from bios, but it is not in the boot options, nothing about secure boot or ucie, i already uninstalled previous drivers, and the card worked for minutes until i reset the computer at the end of driver instalation, it shuted down but never went back on, im getting frustated because of this issue, tried almost everithing i've done a formatting and installed windows 7, but didn't work again, i read that it might be the power source i have a 300w ps wich is the minimum requirement, but the card already worked 2 times like this but always stop working when restart, notice that the integrated graphics stop working when the gpu is placed in the pci dock but either the integrated and the external wont work, integrated only works when the ext gpu is not placed, i need help,

my specs are
amd phantom 9150e x4 processor
mcp61pm-hm motherboard pciEXPRESS SOCKET
8 gb ram
300w ps
