I am building my first PC, and these are the specs:

-AMD FX-4130 Quad Core OverClocked to 4.20GHz
-AMD R9 270 2GB GDDR5 OverClocked
-8GB 1600MHz DDR3 Ram
-AM3+ Motherboard (Whatever is in Stock at the Time of Purchase)
-1TB 7200rpm Hard Drive
-Windows 8.1 Pro 64-Bit
-WiFi 300Mbs 802.11 n/b/g
-DVD/CD Reader Writer
-AZZA CSAZ-206S Black SECC Tower Case
-KT 650w Power Supply w/ Dual 12v Rails

Now, I have quite a few mods that I would like to run when I play Skyrim. I have all the DLC, though I have never modded Skyrim before. I am coming from console, though I have modded a few games like Dragon Age and Minecraft. Anywho, these are all the mods that I would like to apply to my game. What sort of FPS can I expect with these specs running these mods?

- SkyrimHD
- Open Cities
- Pure Water
- Realistic Lighting Overhaul
- Floral Overhaul
- Static Mesh Improvement
- Ruins Clutter Improved
- RS Children
- Climates of Tamriel
- Frostfall
- Hunterborn
- Fishing in Skyrim
- Realistic Animals & Predators
- Loot & Degredation
- Revenge of the Enemies
- Immersive Patrols
- Sounds of Skyrim
- Wet and Cold
- OBIS
- Realistic Needs & Diseases
- Realistic Carrying Weight
- Warzones
- Better Dialogue Controls
- Better Ques Objectives
- Categorized Favorites
- Improved NPC Clothing
- Interesting NPCs
- Amazing Follower Tweaks
- Falskaar
- RaceMenu

That's about it. I will continue to look for more mods, but those are the ones I will definitely want to put into my game. Opinions?

Don't quote me on this but I would take a wild guess and say depending on the environment your character is in it could go as low as 40-45 fps? In general though it would probably be above 60. But again, I could be totally wrong.
