I wasn't able to find the specifics on the size and ratings for the LEDs in that case, but switching case LEDs in general is not that hard. Generally you can use 3.3V 3mm or 5mm LEDS. You can get them pre-tailed, or pre-wired, like the one linked below, or you can splice the LEDs onto your current connectors.

There are a bunch of videos demonstrating it on youtube. I didn't find one for the SPEC-01 specifically, but if you watch them you'll get the general idea and be able to figure out the details for your own case. You'll need to actually get to the front panel LED socket to figure the best way to remove them (preferably without breaking them in the process). Generally there's just a dab of glue to hold them in place, but some use twist sockets or detent sockets. Once you've got one removed you'll know what replacement size you'll need. If it's just glued in place, you can use a 3mm in place of a 5mm.

As far as pinout goes, usually the HDD light will have the positive and ground pins right next to each other, while the Power LED is usually positive-space-ground, or positive-unused pin-ground. For the generic use pretailed LEDs, if they come with a 3pin connector, you can pop the pins out of the connector and shift them to the appropriate spacing.
