Good computer to buy?

I've been going through a bunch of computer issues, tried buying one from CyberpowerPC and had to send it back twice with issues before deciding to say "Screw this, I want a refund." I previously tried having one built and he stole the money from me, so suffice to say; I'm really hesitant to buy anything right now without a lot of people's opinions lol. It has decent reviews, but so did the last one I tried buying. Can anyone give me an idea of how good this is? And if it's not that good perhaps link a better one? My price range is a maximum of $850.

I want to be able to "hopefully" play games like BF4, SC2 HoTS, Tera, Archeage and stuff on a decent graphic setting with good FPS, preferably 60 if possible, but if not than just a steady rate. Thanks anyone who can help me. ^^

Solution
With the Intel CPU and that GPU the answer is yes it will get good FPS. I would not push games on Ultra but most games you listed can be played on medium settings with good results.

I'd love to build one myself, however I have a few nerve issues that limit me from keeping my hand too steady. I can keep them steady enough to roughly game on aiming games, but I can't hold a screwdriver and use it without it hurting really bad.

Is this going to get good FPS/graphics on the games that I listed? I mainly play those, and by mainly I mean only haha. So I'd rather they play those well.
