I will mainly need the card that will give me the highest FPS on games!

Card 1: http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Dual-Link-Graphics-02G-P4-2758-KR/dp/B00J3ZNB04/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1402096964&sr=8-5&keywords=gtx+750+ti

Card 2: http://www.amazon.com/XFX-Double-925MHz-Graphics-R9270ACDFC/dp/B00GN1Y43E/ref=sr_1_5?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1402370667&sr=1-5&keywords=270#

Card 3: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JJNQ8ZA/?tag=pcpapi-20

Card 4: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202113

If there are any other cards that will meet my needs and will NOT go over $150 (Disregard the XFX that is $170) please show link and explain why is is better, i really need one fast so please help!

It's a lot better than any others there, I would recommend just saving up a little longer, it's only $20 more than the next most expensive card.

What brand is your PSU? Just because it's 600w, doesn't mean it's fine.

It's fine for now, but Corsair CX PSUs aren't that great and you might want to look at upgrading it in the future, for now you're good though.
