Corsair 2100 Mic Question

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the forums, so excuse me if I do anything wrong here.

I purchased a Corsair Vengeance 2100 Headset in mid February. When I got it, the mic was functioning really well, and when I put it in a spot, it would stay there without falling down, like advertised. Just recently, I noticed that when I put it in a spot, it just fell down to the maximum position downwards that I could go, and even if I shake my head a little when it is in the fully up position (where it is muted) it will fall.

So here are the questions... Is this normal? Am I eligible for a return? Does the warranty cover this? Can I get an RMA?

yes definitely. unless you took it apart or something. just call corsair support and get an RMA ticket and what not.
