Hello everybody, I am looking to build my first pc from scratch. I have upgraded my Dell Precision 690 Workstation as far as I can and I feel its time to just make one myself from begining to end. I am looking for a good site to buy all my parts. I want to buy all great quality products but at the best possible prices. I am in Ireland so any site that doesn't ship to Ireland is no good for me at all. Also any tips hints or products you think I should look into please let me know.
Thank ye all in advance.

In Ireland your best options will probably be Amazon and Ebay. Not sure what else might be available, I live in the United States.

As for part recommendations, we will need to know more what you plan to do with the computer to help. Is this for gaming, photo shop, video editing, compiling, or just simple web browsing and occasional movies? Depending on what you are doing and how much money you have to spend the recommendations will vary greatly.

Sorry should of said I don't really have a budget but would like to keep it less than E2000 Euros if I can. The rig will be used for internet use, watching movies and gaming and possible Autocad type programs down the line.

Pretty much a bit of everything then. Well with that budget AMD is out of the picture. Here is an idea what parts to look for, but this is just a rough idea. Many possible parts work but its hard to compare prices for so far away to find you the best deal so I don't want to say a specific motherboard that is the best price here but might be way expensive there.

CPU: i7-4790K
Motherboard: Z97 Chipset
RAM: 16GB DDR3 9-9-9-24-1T 1600Mhz 1.5v
GPU: AMD R9 290x
SSD: 240GB or 256GB
HDD: 2TB SATA 3rd Gen

I need to say sorry again I just am not thinking at all tonight. I already have a 250GB SSD and a GPU. My SSD is a Samsung 840 EVO and my GPU is a GIGABYTE GTX 760 4096MB GDDR5.

I honestly don't plan to water cool it as I wouldn't trust myself enough to do it safely. I was going to get a CORSAIR H100i CPU cooler and leave it at that. Would a Gigabyte G1 Assasain be a better board to use?

That is true. Samuri1983 if you meant one of Gigabyte's G1 Sniper or G1 Gamer boards, some of those might be better it all depends which one. They have a few different ones now and have kind of named all their enthusiast boards one or the other, so double check the name of which one you are looking at and come back so we can check it. Though they only have I think one or two motherboards that might be able to beat that Asus motherboard.
