Does that case come with any fans, or do you just have the 2 extra fans you bought?

Generally the regular way airflow is done is to have one intake fan at the very front of the case and one outtake at the rear end of the case, so that the air gets sucked in the front, goes over all the hot components, and goes out the back. You want to set up the CPU cooler with its fan pointing out the back of the case, so that it helps blow air out the back, and if you have any extra fans add them to the top of the case as outtake fans since hot air rises, and if for some reason you have even more fans you can put them in the side panel as intake fans, but side panel fans really don't help that much.
