When ever I turn on my computer, I get a message that says, 'Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We are just collecting come error info, and then we'll restart it for you'. The error code on the bottom is "0xc000021a". Is there a way to fix it without reinstalling Windows? I have pictures that are not backed up

I had this exact problem on a computer that i fixed yesterday and there is no other way of fixing this problem without reseting the PC to factory default (if it is prebuilt) or wiping the hdd and reinstall Windows (if it is custom built.) I spent 6 hours in the repair part when using the recovery cd and it did nothing you have no other choice that I am aware of that wont be a risk. That code basically means you have a Windows error and with this error it means all your system images built into the PC are deleted and it has nothing to boot from. So by reseting it your just starting new with no error.
