Second monitor is in clone mode and not extend, you need to download the driver for the ethernet. (NIC) It should be on the motherboard CD. Harddrive driver?

The hard drive may also not be connected if the mobo is set to disable certain sata ports by default, checking BIOS settings may help.

Right click on desktop, choose Resolution and then you should see your monitor settings, select extend from the drop down list.

you probably need to initialize the hard drive in windows, assuming you have 2 HD's. do you have windows installed yet?

put the windows cd in the disc drive and reboot. if a prompt doesnt come up telling you to "press any key to install.." then you likely need to go into the bios and change the boot order

Go back into Disk Management and create a partition on the drive. Windows won't see it until there is a partition created in the unallocated space and it is formatted. Right-mouse click on the unallocated drive then select Create Partition. Then right-mouse click on the new drive and select Format.
