Will a PCI Express x16 2.0 supportable graphics card work well
with a PCI Express x16 3.0 supportable graphics
card.

I have a forsa nvidia gtx 610 2gb ddr3(i know its horrible gpu,but thats all i have....).So i am going to buy a new motherboard which has pcie*16 3.0 slot but my graphics card supports pcie*16 2.0 .Does it will work with pcie*16 3.0 slot...or i need to get a mobo with pcie*16 2.0 slot.

It works just fine. itll be normal PCIE 2.0 speeds.

Yes it will be fine. I'm using R9 270 as PCIe 3.0 card on my old MSI mobo that is PCIe 2.0. It works fine, since the graphics card itself cannot even saturate the bus lanes on a 2.0. Not even a R9 290x will use the full bandwidth of a 3.0.
