Hello, I just got the H100i and after plenty of troubleshooting, Corsair LINK (Windows 8.1 64bit) will not detect any part of the H100i unit. I want to adjust both fans on BIOS by plugging it in the mobo but not sure where to plug it in. The single wire that comes out the top of the H100I pump unit is plugged into 1 of the 2 CPU_FAN headers on the mobo. Between those headers is a PWR_FAN header.

I have the AsRock z77 Extreme4 and your help would be appreciate. Thank you

Edit: When I enter devices and printers I see Integrated USB Bridge with an error.

I have done this and Corsair Link still won't detect the H100i or the fans. I have tried switching USB headers.

You said that you connected the fan cables from the pump to your motherboard - that's wrong.

There is no reason to bring BIOS into this.

If you connect the USB properly, you may want to check your motherboard's manual, your computer will recognize the connection.

Are you sure that's plugged into a USB header and not something else?

Fix your fan connectors while you're at it.

No, as of now I have the fans conencted to the Y splitter cable that's plugged in on top of the pump unit. I can't adjust the RPM so I want to see if I can plug the fans into the mobo in order to do that. And yes, I am 100 percent sure the dongle is plugged into a USB header. This motherboard I have is new and I haven't installed any USB drivers since I'm not too sure how to do so.
