Hi guys I am wondering if I use Gigabytes Oc Guru software to overclock the Gigabyte R9 270 is it possible to permanently overclock the card? I ask this because I restarted my computer an the overclocking was gone. Is there any way to permanently overclock it with the software?

if you want a permanent overclock without using a program you will have to create a custom bios. for many card manufactures this voids warranty, but not all. check the fine print or get a hold of gigabyte to check... if thats the card you have.

just use msi afterburner(latest beta). you can set whatever overclock that is stable and you feel comfortable with... then set msi ab to load on windows start and have it apply the overclock.
