is this pc good for running most titles at beyond 60 fps?

hi i just recently scratched up an assembly of components for a pc i may build. I was wondering if this setup would be idle of high end gaming.

cpu-Intel® Core™ i7-4820K Processor (Quad Core, 10MB Cache, up to 3.90GHz

memory 8gb quad channel ram

gpu- nvidia gtx 770

psu- 875

HDD- 1 tb

It'd be more than enough. If you've not yet purchased the parts (which I assume you haven't) then you may get i5 4690k, its an excellent gaming CPU with a GTX 780 or R9 290, which are beast GPUs.
Also, your current build can also game any latest title on 50+ FPS on Ultra, 75+ FPS on High.
With the i5 and GTX 780/ R9 290, you can add 5-10 FPS.
