What is the best GPU under a $100 to run Minecraft, COD, maybe Skyrim on at least low settings or more?

My little brother's birthday is coming up and he is a Minecraft lover, he loves it a lot! He is 8 and every day he begs me to put a shader mod on it, but his iGPU can not run it, when i try it it runs at 3FPS at best lol. I want to buy him a GPU that can handle games on lowest settings, maybe higher if possible. I want the GPU to handle shader mods on Minecraft great and i hope that the GPU will not need its own power connection because i really do not wish to buy a new PSU also :/ I know he does not need a GPU like my R9-280X so i want to find one under $100 hopefully :)

  4. Hers a $20 extra that will run the games fine and next gen games for a year and bit on high. I would say it worth it. But if you want a cheap one now and save for a good one then I will not stop you.

But here's one I got for you.

  5. For Sub $120 I suggest getting an R7-260X its $120 bucks and comes with 100 dollars worth of games , if you're looking for cheaper ones I think the Radeon 7770 is a good choice also .

    Anyways here're the benchmarks :

I also recommend that you tell us more about the CPU model as its CPU bound game too
