Hi there, for the past five months and counting, I've run into multiple Bsod when playing CS:GO.

I've tried everything there is to identify the issue and fix it, as it's only this game and another source based engine game that cause me to bluescreen, I can play BF4 on high settings fine, LoL and more without crashing.

I'm about to just replace my GPU and hope my BSOD issue is solved, my current GPU is a EVGA GTX 660ti that I got two years ago and I'm looking for recommendation for a slight upgrade.

Thanks.

What is your budget? And do you prefer Nvidia or AMD?

My budget is about 300$, I've only had an Nvidia card, but I know some people recommend AMD for GPU's.

I was looking at the 670's or a 760.

What's your CPU so the GPU don't bottleneck it?

I have an i5-3570k.

Is there any real difference from; http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

compared to the one you provided me? Other than the Gigabyte one being 2" longer in length.

Take a look at bother specifications.

Gigabyte has a faster core clock and boost clock than the EVGA.
EVGA has DirectX 12 while Giabyte doesn't. And also has a DVI-D port.

The Gigabyte core clock and boost clock isn't significantly better than the EVGA. So I would go with EVGA for DirectX12 and has a DVI-D port. :)
