Which seasonic PSU between 500-600W would you recommend?

My maximum budget is around £75 ($125) and I will be using an intel i5-4690k processor. I am struggling to choose one. Which would you recommend?

This ones 71 pounds but xfx is just as good as seasonic as seasonic make the psus for this company I think

Memory: Corsair Vengeance Pro 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory (£68.16 @ Scan.co.uk)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£38.98 @ CCL Computers)
Case: NZXT Phantom 410 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case (£65.99 @ Novatech)

I haven't decided my GPU yet, I'm afraid. IT will probably be a GTX 770 or a R9 280x

no, they are joint 1st with suoperflower, all three won't screw up. a 600W would be enough for that build

In the 'Power Supply Unit tier list' linked above, the M12II 650 is rated as Tier 1. Is this : http://www.scan.co.uk/products/650w-seasonic-m12ii-hybrid-modular-80plus-bronze-1x120mm-silent-fan-atx-psu-dc-dc that same PSU? If so, I may just go for this for the quality.
