Hey guys, i got a question: I got this MOTHERBOARD and one stick of this RAM. I also have evo840 and i really lack of ram when playing games. BF4 was given to play for free for a week, but i couldn't even start it cuz i didn't have enough ram. So would another the same 4gb stick of ram be enuogh or should i take this 8GB STICK instead? And also would 4gb and 8gb 1600mhz cl11 1.5v both crucial work together? Thanks for any help!

Get another stick of the ram you already have now so it can work in dual channel

As long as the two RAM are the same model and series by the same manufacturer than you will have a good dual channel.

Don't forget that more RAM doesn't improve the FPS but more of the less stuttering in a game. :)

Well im not rendering any files, i have i3-4130 / r9 270x for gaming. I've seen benchmarks so single or dual channel for gaming is like no difference so what im wondering about is will 8gb total system memory be enough, or should i have 12gb total system memory to make sure it works fine? For example i have league of legends launcher opened and a few tabs on chrome and it uses ~3,7gb out of 3,9gb ram so i can't even start LoL without turning chrome off.

8GB is way more than enough, just go for it and you can multitask all you want.

Go 8, 8gb will be more than enough, cause if you go 12, it becomes uneven for some reason
