Hey guys i have just purchased new parts so i can build a new computer, i have checked if the card works and it does in my old computer. It boots up and everything but the only difference is that my new motherboard has 2x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 (x16 or dual x8) and the card is a PCIe 3.0 and once i remove the card from the system it all boots up as it should so i have no clue what the issue could be but i will put ALL of my parts listed down bellow so its in more detail

so if a try and boot with the card in i get no display at all (and yes i have the hdmi cable in the back of the card and iv even put the hdmi cable in the motherboard to see if that works but nothing no display at all and i do have power in the card and it works just no display) but when i take the card out it all works like it should so i need HELP!!

Have you definitely plugged in power from the PSU to the new graphics card? Try reseating the card in its slot.
