what is best motherboard that fits my pc and budget??

I have fx-8320 , nvidia zotac 4g ddr3 and kingstong 8gb ddr3 1333 mhz and I also have h60i for cpu cooling, what motherboard should I use ?

Well other than USB 3.0, that one has all imp features (SLI/ CF capable, 2100MHz RAM support). An awesome one for OCing too.
The cheapest good one which'll support SLI. If you wanna drop the quality and still retain SLI support:
