My girlfriend has drawn ever since she was a little kid and obviously she is very good at it. She also paints from time to time. She's been wanting a drawing tablet of her own for quite some time now, but really hasn't had the money for it / couldn't decide which tablet to buy. I've thought of getting her a one for christmas, but I really know nothing about them. Can you get any good tablets in the 100-200€ price range? What could be a good brand? I know those Wacom drawing tablets, but from what I know they tend to be a little pricy. I live in Finland so if I can't get a tablet from here I will most likely order one off of, say UK's Amazon. Any tips?
E: I'm talking about drawing tablets specifically for the PC.

The Wacom Intuos Pen and Touch Medium is nice, it's around 160-170 euros or 140 gbp.

I have been using a Wacom Intous 4 M for years, still working perfectly. Very satisfied. No other can match Wacom in their quality. The new Wacom Intous 5 is one of your best options. Just be sure to check the size.

It is on a very solid discount. You won't find better. Cheers

The Wacom Intuos 5 is actually an old model, that is replaced by the Wacom Intuos Pro. And it is out of the OP's budget anyway.
@TheRealEK I also found a finnish website that sells the Intuos Pen and Touch Medium for around 200 euros, so I guess you would be better off buying it from the UK or from France for example. (http://www.an-cadsolutions.fi/)

The Intous 5 is very valuable piece of equipment. Even Intous 4 is fully capable by today's standards. The Intous Pro is 50% and up more expensive than the Intous 5. The difference between the Pro and the 5 is virtually none existent when you take the price difference into consideration. You can grab the 5 on discount while it is being phased out.

The intuous pro isn't 50% more expensive, but is indeed almost identical to the intuous 5 I was just responding to the fact that you were referring to the intuous5 as the new model. However both of these are out of the OP's 200 EUROS budget not GBP. This is why I suggested the intuous pen and touch medium which is well within his budget and is actually quite good.

(The cheaper Intuos Pen and Touch is a good option too, if you decide the intuous 5 is too expensive)At first it was kind of a question - that can you have a good drawing tablet for that kind of money. And yeah, I'm sure she'll more than like it, she'd love it
So I guess that the Intuos 5 is a good tablet to at least begin with?-

Depends on your budget, as a hobbyist even a wacom pen and touch model will do, intuos is a nice step up with programmable buttons and stuff. At the highest end, generally for professionals, is the cintiq line. (WHICH IS TOTALLY BADA$$)
