i am considering buying an ssd for my pc. The motherboard type is msi m7522. i m not sure but i think there's no sata 2 or sata 3. I know that ssd on sata 1 will reach speeds no more than 150. I have an HDD wd caviar green.Will it make a difference with the ssd running in that low speeds?

It wont be worth the money on SATA 1 since it wont be much faster if at all i would just stick with the hard drive.
