Getting this BSOD after pushing my 4790k to 4.4ghz

Hi!
So I OCed my 4790k to 4.4ghz I got this

The mobo is MSI z97 gaming 3 and the voltage is Override 1.3v
Cpu stays under 75C
overcloking through the multiplayer, and when I put 44 i get this. ( the same is for 45, 46, 47, 48)
Its ok if I leave the multiplayer at 43.

Well I don't think I'm doing a bad job.
I just raised the multiplier to 44 and it crashed, even if I applied 1.3v.
The temps are ok and around 75C.

75c under what conditions and for how long?

I think gamerk316 is right...

A BSOD on boot while trying a new multi on an OC usually means your voltage is too low, temps too high, memory error or bus error. The 'Clock Interrupt on secondary processor' portion of the error message is a good indicator that something is out of spec voltage/speed wise or not syncing up properly. That's my best guess.

I get the error after running Intel Burn Test for a minute or so.
It completes 4 or 5 out of 10 and after that BOOM BSOD.
While idle everyting is ok and my temps are about 34C when stressed with OCCT they hit 69-70C and with intel burn test I get to around 74-75C.
So the temps are not an issue here.
The votlage can't be to low because 1.3v for 4.4ghz is a total overkill.
Do you think its the ram? its some cheap Adata 1333mhz ram I reused from my older build and I didn't play with the timings, I just left everyting on auto. (it doesnt have an XMP profile)

It works very very well with 4.3 at voltage of 1.2v (didn't try lower) but it just DOES NOT work when I go 4.4ghz or 4.5ghz no matter the voltage I apply, even 1.31v is not stable at 4.4ghz and that is just stupid.
It did work On these settings a few days ago and I was able to pass the intel burn test a few times, did 2 hours of OCCT and 3 hours of rendering it was fine, but I got a random BSOD while streaming and now it just doesn't work.
I'm very confused and I suspect that my memory could be an issue.

It is only one dim.
If I remove it I'm left with 0gb of ram. I dont think I'll boot into anything haha

I will buy some new kingston fury ram soon and see if that helps.
(only have 1 stick of adata 1333mhz ram that is 8gb)

I'm not getting my hopes up but maybe having better ram atleast will make me feel less sad.

I DID IT GUYS!

After lowering the Ring Ratio from 44 to 41 I was able to achieve

Pretty easilly (I feel like it could be stable with lower voltage)
the question is now, should i get the ring ratio back to 44 and increase the ring ratio voltage, will increasing ring ratio benefit me in Streaming/Rendering?
