Hello I am Mighty Mouse.
I built my computer Late March/ Early May and after a month or so of playing on it (mostly games), it started freezing up. When it freezes, I can't move my mouse or hear any sound. Therefore forcing me to push the restart button my tower. Any help would be much appreciated :D .
Specs:
CPU: AMD FX-6350 3.90Ghz
GPU: nVidia GeForce GTX 660 2GB
RAM: 8GB (7.90 usable)
Resolution: 1920x1080. 60Hz
Operating System: Windows 8.1
HDD: 1TB
SSD: 120Gb Sandisk
PSU: Corsair CX500M
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 6Gb/s
(I think that's all the things important.)

Are you running at stock or have you overclocked some of the components?

Just an update, I was looking through my Event Viewer and found "Critical" (the crash/ freeze). The bug (or whatever it is) is called "Kernel-Power Event 41". That is always the one that freezes my PC. Anyone know of it and how to fix it?
Thanks a lot,
MightyMouse :D

I suspect it's your PSU, try a spare one. If that doesn't resolve the problem try testing your ram with memtest

Thank you for replying :D . I'm running the Memtest at the moment, but I don't have a spare PSU :/ . Will see if the Memtest will work. Thank you so much!
